Mindfulness aims to reconnect us with ourselves to alleviate stress. It also helps us to feel more aligned with our emotions and aware of ourselves both mentally and physically. A consultation will take place to see if mindfulness therapy is appropriate for you.

Holistic packages and treatment plans designed and tailored to your treatment aims and goals, using a combination of holistic therapies for mind, body and spirit including mindfulness therapy, massage, bodywork and Reiki.
